Helping an E-commerce SaaS Move From WordPress to Webflow
Introduction
TopOMS is an order management platform that helps e-commerce businesses speed up and automate the way they process orders, from the moment an order comes in to the moment it’s delivered.Their original website served them well in the early days. But as the product grew and the company added new features and services, the website stopped keeping up.
It no longer reflected what TopOMS actually does, and potential clients struggled to understand how the platform works, which services it offers, and how it saves them time.
We redesigned the website around one goal: making the product easy to understand. The new site clearly presents TopOMS’s services, explains how the platform automates and speeds up order processing, and gives potential clients a clear reason to book a demo.

Challenge
01. Explaining a complex product simply
Order management involves many moving parts: integrations, automation, warehouses and fulfillment. Our biggest challenge was turning all of that into a story anyone could understand in under a minute, without oversimplifying what makes TopOMS powerful.
02. A website that no longer fit the business
The old site was built for the company TopOMS used to be. Pages were outdated, services were missing, and the structure couldn’t support the content the team needed to show.
03. Rebuilding without starting from zero
We had to move everything to a new platform and restructure the entire site, while keeping what already worked and making sure nothing important got lost along the way.

Our Solution/Result
The biggest focus was on explaining the product itself. We broke the platform down into simple, step-by-step sections that show how TopOMS automates and speeds up order processing, supported by visuals that let visitors see the product in action instead of just reading about it.
The goal was for anyone to understand the value of TopOMS in under a minute, without losing what makes the platform powerful. Finally, we moved the entire website to Webflow. We kept everything that was already working, carried over the important content, and set up a CMS that lets the TopOMS team update pages and publish new content on their own, without waiting on a developer.
