Migrating +50 pages across 3 languages for Recruitment platform from Sweden
Introduction
Recright is a Swedish recruitment software company that helps employers find the right candidates faster. Their platform lets companies screen applicants through video interviews, so recruiters can get to know candidates beyond their CV and make better hiring decisions in less time.
As the product grew, the website started falling behind. New features, integrations and use cases were added to the platform, but the website didn’t keep up with them. Over time, it no longer reflected how much Recright had evolved or how much value it brought to recruiting teams.

Challenge
Migrating a multilingual website is never just a copy-paste job. Recright’s site had years of content, established rankings and pages in three languages, so every step of the migration had to be carefully planned to keep everything that was already working.
The hardest part was keeping three languages perfectly in sync. Every page existed in English, Swedish and Finnish, each with its own URLs, content and SEO data. One missed redirect or mismatched page could mean lost rankings in an entire market.
That’s why we tracked every page across all three languages and checked each version separately before launch, so the migration felt seamless for both visitors and search engines.
Migration step by step
01. Mapping every page and URL
We started by going through the entire WordPress site and listing every page, blog post and language version. Each URL was documented, so we knew exactly what existed and what needed to move.
02. Keeping URLs or redirecting them
Wherever possible, we kept the same URLs, so search engines and existing links would keep working without interruption. Where the structure had to change, we set up 301 redirects to send visitors and search engines to the right new page.
03. Building a new sitemap
Based on the URL map, we created a new sitemap that keeps the important structure, removes outdated pages, and leaves room for new content like integrations and glossary pages.
04. Designing around the new structure
With the sitemap in place, we designed the new website around it, making sure every page had a clear purpose and fit naturally into the bigger picture.
05. Rebuilding and testing in Webflow
We rebuilt the site in Webflow, moved all content into the CMS, and tested every page, link and redirect on staging before going live.

Our Solution/Result
The new website now reflects how far Recright has come. The platform, its features and integrations are presented clearly, giving potential customers a much better understanding of what Recright offers and why it matters. Combined with a 40% faster website, and 50+ Pages created. The biggest change happened behind the scenes.
With a flexible CMS and hands-on training, the Recright team can now publish blog posts, add new integrations and expand their recruitment glossary on their own, in all three languages. Content that once got stuck waiting for a developer now goes live in minutes, so the website can grow at the same pace as the product.
