Redesigning an E-Learning Platform to Introduce AI Products and Improve the Learning Experience
Introduction
CheckIT Learning is an EdTech company building a learning management platform grounded in neuroscience. Their platform, powered by Cleo, an AI mentor for educators, helps schools personalize learning, reduce teacher workload, and give every student the support they need to grow.
As the company introduced new AI products and expanded into new markets, the website struggled to keep up. Pages were outdated, slow to load, and no longer reflected how innovative the product had become. The slow performance also started hurting their SEO, making it harder for schools and educators to find them in search results.
CheckIT Learning needed more than a quick fix. They were looking for a trusted partner who could handle both design and development, someone who could understand their product, modernize the website, and support them long-term as the company continues to grow.

Challenge
How do you launch new AI products and enter a new market when your website can’t keep up? That was the question CheckIT Learning faced. Their design didn’t match the product, new pages were hard to create, the CMS wasn’t built to scale, and Serbian-speaking schools had no way to explore the platform in their own language.
01. A design that didn’t match the product
CheckIT had evolved into an innovative, AI-powered platform built on neuroscience, but the website still looked like an earlier version of the company. The design didn’t communicate the bigger idea behind the product or the value it brings to schools, so first-time visitors got an outdated picture of what CheckIT actually offers.
02. Pages that were hard to create
Every new page was a project of its own. Without reusable sections or templates, launching a product page or landing page took far more time and effort than it should have. New products and announcements often waited longer than planned before going live, and the team couldn’t move as fast as the business needed.
03. A CMS that couldn’t scale
The existing CMS wasn’t built for the amount and variety of content CheckIT was producing. Blog posts, resources and product information didn’t have a clear structure, which made content hard to organize, update and grow over time. Adding a new type of content often meant workarounds instead of a simple, repeatable process
04. No presence in the Serbian market
The website was available only in English, while CheckIT was preparing to expand into Serbia and the wider region. Schools and educators in these markets had no way to explore the platform in their own language, which made it much harder to build trust and generate interest in a new market.re.

Our Solution/Result
The new website finally reflects the quality and ambition of CheckIT’s product. Their AI products are presented clearly, the design feels modern and consistent, and visitors can quickly understand what makes the platform different. Combined with faster, better-structured pages, this helped the website achieve 2.5x traffic growth.
For the team, the biggest change is speed. New pages that once took too much time can now be launched quickly using templates, and content can be published in both English and Serbian without extra effort. The website is no longer something they work around, but a tool that supports every new step.
And the work didn’t stop at launch.
CheckIT continues to rely on us as their design and development partner, and we keep building new pages and features that support their growth, from new product launches to the next markets they plan to enter.
